随着生命科学的不断发展及对单细胞分析手段越来越高的需求,传统的荧光流式细胞技术已不能满足科学家们的需要。Fluidigm公司独有的质谱流式技术(Mass Cytometry)应运而生。它通过对传统流式技术和质谱技术的整合,是目前单细胞多参数分析中最先进的技术之一。它继承了传统流式细胞仪的高速分析的特点,又具有质谱检测的高分辨能力,更高效、更易用,同时能够更加深入地进行细胞表型、信号通路和功能的全面研究,是流式细胞技术一个新的发展方向。
