Performance of Old and New Hyperfilm ECL with Western blots of immobilised IgG from mouse protein (5ug, 2.5ug, 1.25ug, 635ng, 310ng, 155ng, 77ng and 39ng). Detected with Horse radish peroxidase labelled anti mouse antibody 1:5000 and Amersham ECL Western Blotting Detection Reagents.
Longer exposure time without increased background allows for increased sensitivity.
