储 存 液0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存条件Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍background:
The protein encoded by CACNB1 belongs to the calcium channel beta subunit family. It plays an important role in the calcium channel by modulating G protein inhibition, increasing peak calcium current, controlling the alpha-1 subunit membrane targeting and shifting the voltage dependence of activation and inactivation.

Function:
The beta subunit of voltage-dependent calcium channels contributes to the function of the calcium channel by increasing peak calcium current, shifting the voltage dependencies of activation and inactivation, modulating G protein inhibition and controlling the alpha-1 subunit membrane targeting.

Subunit:
The L-type calcium channel is composed of four subunits: alpha-1, alpha-2, beta and gamma. Interacts with JSRP1. Interacts with RYR1 (By similarity).

Subcellular Location:
Cell membrane, sarcolemma; Peripheral membrane protein; Cytoplasmic side.

Tissue Specificity:
Isoform 1 and isoform 3 are expressed in brain, heart, spleen, central nervous system and neuroblastoma cells. Isoform 2 is expressed in skeletal muscle.

Similarity:
Belongs to the calcium channel beta subunit family.
Contains 1 SH3 domain.

Tissue/cell: rat brain tissue; 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed and paraffin-embedded;  Antigen retrieval: citrate buffer ( 0.01M, pH 6.0 ), Boiling bathing for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% Hydrogen peroxide for 30min; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum,C-0005) at 37℃ for 20 min;  Incubation: Anti-CACNB1 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(HZ-6517R) 1:200, overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody(SP-0023) and DAB(C-0010) staining
